On Sunday, in a large conference room the entire WCI team, CNMC team, and Ugandan Heart Institute team gathered together to discuss each patient’s diagnosis and next steps. The team reviewed the echoes of each patient and methodically discussed and determined what procedure each patient would receive and when.
After a few hours the team had its list and schedule, and Kanishka, Dan and Charles headed off to the hospital to finalize the Cath lab prep.
