WCI is currently developing a fund designed to bolster educational opportunities for children through scholarships and curricular programs.  The fund honors the life work of the late Dr. Shanta Ratnayaka, professor of religious studies at the University of Georgia, dedicated husband and father, and humble humanitarian.
